Before comparing two personality scores, find out what their scales mean. A number can describe your own answers, a percentage of correct answers, or your position in a comparison group. Those are different quantities.
A questionnaire can describe the same tendency from opposite directions. Reverse scoring aligns those answers before they are combined. It does not mean your answer was incorrect or that you were caught by a trick question.
